About the Role

Wangara Hyundai is seeking a results-driven and experienced Sales Manager to lead our high-performing vehicle sales team. This is an outstanding opportunity to step into a dealership that is already performing at an elite level, with the expectation of maintaining and building on our award-winning success.

In this role, you will be responsible for driving performance, coaching and developing your team, and ensuring that every customer enjoys an exceptional experience throughout the buying journey.

Key responsibilities include:

• Leading and motivating the sales team to consistently achieve and exceed targets and KPIs
• Monitoring sales performance and implementing strategies for continued growth
• Providing coaching, training and ongoing development to team members
• Overseeing the full sales process and ensuring compliance with company standards
• Collaborating with other departments to ensure seamless operations and vehicle delivery

Skills & Experience

• Proven experience in a leadership role within automotive sales
• Strong commercial acumen and understanding of the retail sales process
• Ability to inspire, develop and manage a high-performing team
• Excellent communication, negotiation and problem-solving skills
• Current and valid driver’s licence
• Full Australian working rights
