This is an exciting opportunity to be a part of a forward-thinking, progressive, and innovative organisation.

As Sales Manager, you will have full responsibility for the end-to-end sales process at Ashwood Park. This will include managing prospective enquiries, liaising with potential residents and their families, and providing an overall exceptional customer experience from first contact through to moving into the village. 

As part of our leadership team, you will also be involved in other tasks to ensure the smooth running of the community, particularly assisting the Village Manager. You will also be a strong advocate of Arvida's Attitude of Living Well to enhance and grow residents’ health and wellbeing, and experience within our community.

This role is offered on a permanent part-time basis, working 28 hours per week. There is flexibility to add additional administrative hours for the right candidate, potentially increasing the role to full-time.
