We’re looking for a proactive Sales Manager to convert enquiries, grow commercial accounts, and deliver exceptional customer service. You’ll work across key sectors including construction, trades, hospitality and property, while coordinating closely with our operations team to ensure smooth service delivery.
What You’ll Do
• Respond to inbound enquiries and convert opportunities
• Build strong long term relationships with trade and commercial customers
• Generate new leads and monitor upcoming projects
• Resolve customer queries and maintain high satisfaction
• Coordinate with dispatch and drivers to ensure service accuracy
• Maintain records, pricing, and sales reporting
What You’ll Bring
• Experience in sales, customer service or account management
• Exceptional communication and rapport building skills
• Confidence in person and on the phone with the ability to close sales
• Strong organisation, attention to detail and a proactive attitude
• Industry experience (waste, construction, transport or logistics) is a plus
