Job Description

This is a regular full-time position, primarily on the road throughout Ottawa, Gatineau and Montreal areas.

Your responsibilities will be the following:

  • Work closely with the District Manager, Sales Representatives and Store Managers to plan and implement specific initiatives to increase sales
  • Working with your team, you will be responsible for meeting objectives and increasing sales by promoting NAPA's marketing programs to customers
  • Recruit, develop, evaluate, train and motivate your team 
  • Stay abreast of market developments, product line changes, new technologies and competitor strategies
  • Monitor sales by producing weekly and monthly reports

Qualifications

To join our team, you need:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in sales team management
  • Bilingualism in French and English, as you will be working fluently with internal customers across Canada.
