Arvida Group Limited is hiring a Sales Manager for Lincoln Plains, full-time, four days a week with one weekend day, starting in early April. You’ll own the end-to-end sales cycle from first enquiry to move-in, coordinate with families, and deliver an excellent customer experience while supporting the Village Manager. In this leadership role you’ll advocate Arvida’s Attitude of Living Well to boost resident wellbeing and help run the community. The ideal candidate has a proven sales track record, superb communication, a genuine affinity for older New Zealanders, and the ability to engage diverse stakeholders. As Sales Manager, you will have full responsibility for the end-to-end sales process at Lincoln Plains. This will include managing prospective enquiries, liaising with potential residents and their families, and providing an overall exceptional customer experience from first contact through to moving into the village.
As part of our leadership team, you will also be involved in other tasks to ensure the smooth running of the community, particularly assisting the Village Manager. You will also be a strong advocate of Arvida's Attitude of Living Well to enhance and grow residents’ health and wellbeing, and experience within our community.
4 days a week (1 day to be either on a Saturday or Sunday)
