As the Sales Manager for Data Centres at Danfoss Climate Solutions, you will be instrumental in identifying and cultivating project opportunities across Australia and New Zealand.

Your impact will be centered on early engagement with key stakeholders, defining how Danfoss’s solutions can deliver exceptional value and driving long-term growth..

You’ll collaborate with internal teams and external customers and partners ensuring a seamless sales execution.

 

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Lead the development of a data centre project pipeline to deliver long-term growth through early engagement.
  • Support customers and partners by building lasting relationships with key decision-makers, becoming their trusted advisor.
  • Collaborate with engineering, product, and customer service teams to ensure a seamless and exceptional customer experience.
  • Use your skills in value-based sales and market analysis to manage your pipeline, report on progress, and support sales leadership.
  • Continuously learn and share knowledge by representing Danfoss at industry events to enhance how we serve our customers.
  • Working with Contractors, Consultants and Data Center Operators to promote and specify Danfoss products and technologies.

 

 

What We're Looking For

  • Experience of at least 8 years in sales, with 2-3 years focused on the data center industry, and a strong ability to deliver results.
  • Proficiency in value-based sales processes and CRM tools to manage pipelines and report on progress.
  • Ability to work well independently and collaborate effectively within a complex, global matrix organization.
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills to become a trusted expert for customers.
  • A mindset of being result-oriented, solution-driven, and proactive to identify new opportunities and ensure continuous improvement.
