Sales at Webasto means selling our products and services with passion and expertise. Our sales team is the first point of contact for our customers, building valuable, long-term, and trusted relationships. In addition to providing personalized advice on all questions related to our products and services, core tasks in Sales include market and competition analysis, as well as the development of short-, medium-, and long-term strategies. Sales is also responsible for acquiring and commercially managing new projects for the company.

  • Winning and Expanding Customer Relationships: Proactive management of existing accounts and targeted acquisition of new customers in Germany and, if applicable, in other European countries
  • Advising and Inspiring: Competent advice on Webasto products and services to actively drive customer solutions
  • Shaping the Market: Continuous analysis of market and competitive developments, deriving opportunities, and implementing effective measures
  • Overcoming Challenges: Solution-oriented collaboration with internal teams to quickly and constructively address market requirements
  • Setting Impulses: Planning and conducting sales training, marketing activities, trade fairs, and campaigns to strengthen brand presence

 

This is what you bring to us:

  • Solid Education: Degree in business administration/engineering or commercial training with technical understanding
  • Sales Experience: Proven success in field sales and selling complex products
  • Initiative & Flexibility: Independent, structured working style and adaptability in dynamic situations
  • Strong Personality: Convincing demeanor, negotiation skills, assertiveness, and resilience
  • Language Skills: Fluent English, additional languages are a plus
