SumUp is seeking a driven Sales Manager to own the end-to-end DACH sales cycle from their Berlin office, helping merchants choose SumUp solutions, running product demos, and beating ambitious KPIs. You’ll engage small businesses, build long-term relationships, and collaborate with the Berlin team to scale in a fast-growing fintech market. The ideal candidate has proven sales experience in POS, SaaS, hospitality, or retail, fluent German (C1+) with strong English, and a consultative, resilient, target-driven mindset. In your application, quantify pipeline wins, showcase successful demos, and demonstrate collaboration, show alignment with SumUp’s mission, confirm willingness to be onsite in Berlin, and mention growth mindset.
