We are hiring a  Sales Manager  to lead and scale our investment and business acquisition sales function.

 This role is for someone who has  managed closers, enforced standards, and delivered numbers —not just reported on them.

You will own sales execution, team performance, and closing discipline across high-value deals.

What You’ll Do

  • Lead and manage a team of  Sales Specialists / Closers
  • Set and enforce KPIs across qualification, pipeline, and closures
  • Coach the team on deal strategy, objections, and negotiation
  • Personally step into  high-value or complex deals  when required
  • Work closely with Contracts, Analysts, and Leadership to close deals cleanly
  • Maintain pipeline hygiene, forecasting, and performance reporting

Requirements

  • Proven experience  managing a sales team in Dubai
  • Background in  investment sales, real estate, business brokerage, or high-ticket services
  • Personal experience closing high-value deals
  • Strong leadership, discipline, and accountability mindset
  • Fluent English (Arabic is a plus)
