Dealer Support & Sales Process Management:Serve as the primary operational contact for XPENG’s partners in Germany, supporting the full vehicle order, allocation, and delivery process.
Order & Inventory Coordination:Manage dealer orders in CRM systems, monitor stock availability, and coordinate with logistics and supply chain teams to ensure accurate and timely deliveries.
Sales Policy Implementation:Execute sales policies, pricing structures, and business programs across the dealer network, ensuring alignment and compliance with corporate standards.
Incentive & Rebate Administration:Track, validate, and process dealer incentive and rebate programs, ensuring transparency, accuracy, and timely settlement.
Business Data Analysis & Reporting:Collect, analyze, and interpret sales and inventory data to identify market trends, performance gaps, and opportunities for improvement.Prepare regular reports to support management decision-making and operational planning.
Process Optimization:Continuously review and improve sales operation procedures to enhance efficiency, accuracy, and dealer satisfaction.
