This role will support regional operational execution while helping scale processes supporting EMEA and future international operational initiatives. Maintain dashboards, reports, and operational metrics for regional leadership
Analyze pipeline quality, sales performance trends, and operational KPIs
Improve CRM data quality and process compliance
Support territory management and account alignment activities
Assist with quote management and opportunity administration workflows
Coordinate with Systems & Tools teams regarding Salesforce issues and enhancements
Support onboarding, documentation, and process communication initiatives
Assist with operational readiness for new products, process rollouts, and GTM initiatives
Collaborate with regional sales leadership and cross-functional business partners
Support Latitude operational initiatives within the EMEA region
3+ years of Sales Operations, Business Operations, or Revenue Operations experience
Salesforce CRM experience
Strong analytical and reporting capabilities
