Adaptive is seeking a Sales Operations Analyst in London to sit at the heart of the commercial engine, partnering with Sales, Marketing, Finance and Leadership to keep HubSpot data clean, build impactful dashboards and sharpen the lead-to-deal process. You will need standout Excel skills, solid HubSpot experience, and a keen eye for data quality, with the ability to explain complex data to non-technical stakeholders. Proactivity, collaboration and curiosity are essential in this all-round operations role in a hybrid onsite setup. 🚀 Our Sales Operations function is growing, and we’re excited to welcome a Sales Operations Analyst to the team. This role sits at the heart of how our commercial engine works, partnering closely with Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Leadership to ensure our data, processes, and reporting are clean, reliable, and impactful.

THE PROCESS:
Long interview processes are stressful and boring and that is not us.
We want to make sure that everything runs smoothly.
So here you will have three-stage interviews:
1- A chat with one of our great recruiters.
2- A Zoom chat with Stelios (our Sales Ops Lead - you will report to him) during which you will present a short exercise that we will send you beforehand. The exercise is designed to give us insight into your thinking and approach. It won’t be time-consuming; we don’t expect you to spend hours on it, as it’s not a paid task.
3. A final chat with Kevin our CCO and AK our Head of Marketing
But don’t worry; everything will be explained to you step by step by your recruiter.
