Cummins is seeking a Sales Operations Coordinator to join the Power Generation Sales team in Dubai, a full-time onsite role. You will strengthen the sales effort by delivering accurate, timely reports to inform decisions, improve forecasting through stakeholder data gathering and consolidated inputs, and ensure system reliability across Salesforce, WWSPS, BMS, Oracle and the Portal. You will uphold data quality through rigorous validation, perform internal and external analyses with Polk, Dodge and Rig Dig, and support cost and margin analyses for new inquiries and SSA code issuance. We are looking for a talented Sales Operations Coordinator to join our team specializing in Sales for our Power Generation Department in Dubai, United Arab Emirates.
In this role, you will make an impact in the following ways:
- Strengthen the sales team by delivering accurate, timely reports that support informed decision making‑making.
- Enhance forecasting accuracy by gathering data from stakeholders, maintaining templates, and consolidating inputs effectively.
- Improve system reliability by executing well d‑documented administration tasks across platforms such as Salesforce, WWSPS, BMS, Oracle and the Portal.
- Maintain high data quality by reviewing user entered‑entered information and following established validation procedures.
- Support strategic insights by conducting consistent internal and external data analyses using sources like Polk, Dodge and Rig Dig.
- Contribute to opportunity development by performing structured secondary research and gathering competitive intelligence.
- Add value to commercial processes through diligent completion of cost and margin analysis for new enquiries, SSA code issuance and oven file updates.
- Strengthen team collaboration and customer responsiveness by actively participating in CR activities and ensuring project statuses remain current and accurate.

Education/ Experience:
- High school diploma or certificate of completion of secondary education or equivalent experience to the extent such experience meets applicable regulations.
- Minimal or no work experience required.
- This position may require licensing for compliance with export controls or sanctions regulations.
