Key responsibilities:

  • Be a contact person for our customers with sales related and other inquiries, provide a high level of service.
  • Support the Business Development function within the organization.
  • Provide administrative and technical support for contract administration, customer service, and order history management.
  • Register and forward contracts, provide relevant information to our key stakeholders.
  • Manage the process of shipping goods to customers in cooperation with the logistics and production departments.
  • Additional administrative tasks associated with Sales Operations.

Requirements:

  • Experience working with customers and managing sales-related documentation.
  • Experience working with ERP systems (1C, SAP, or Comarch ERP would be an advantage)
  • Confident user of Excel / Google Sheets.
  • Strong knowledge of Ukrainian and English languages
  • Bachelor's degree, preferably in economics, logistics, or administration.
