Qantas is seeking a Sales Performance Analyst at the Mascot campus, a full time onsite role focused on forecasting, modelling and reporting to drive commercial performance for the sales teams across onshore and offshore operations. You’ll own elements of the budget and forecast cycle, deliver regular performance reports for negotiations, coordinate commercial initiatives and develop automated insights that inform short and long term strategy. The ideal candidate has a tertiary qualification in Commerce, Finance or Business, 3+ years in a similar analytical or commercial role, strong financial modelling and advanced Excel, with Power BI preferred; a commercially curious mindset and meticulous attention to detail are essential, along with the ability to manage multiple deadlines and communicate clearly. As a Sales Performance Analyst, you'll be responsible for delivering forecasting, modelling and reporting to help deliver highly successful commercial performance for our sales teams and the broader Qantas Group. You'll play a central role in developing and managing a new forecasting framework, setting sales budget and targets, providing sales teams with their own forward-looking measures to manage and be measured against.
