The Role
We are seeking highly motivated Sales Representatives to promote our consent product to healthcare professionals across an assigned territory in New South Wales and Victoria. You will be responsible for building a strong business plan to ensure we deliver on our project plans to collect consent from HCPs. You will be able to deliver a compelling selling message to ensure success, and have a competitive mindset. A successful candidate will be results-oriented, possess excellent communication skills, and have a solid understanding of the Australian healthcare landscape.

What You'll Do

  • Sales Execution
  • Educate healthcare professionals on our product through in-person and virtual presentations
  • Achieve targets by effectively managing a territory, identifying opportunities for growth, and executing a strategic sales plan
  • Maintain and build strong relationships with key health care professionals to enhance brand loyalty
  • Business Planning
  • Analyze market data to identify key opportunities and challenges within your territory
  • Develop and execute strategic plans to meet targets, ensuring all activities are compliant with industry regulations and company policy
  • Compliance
  • Ensure all activities are compliant with the Medicines Australia Code of Conduct and company policies
  • Maintain accurate and timely records of all sales activities, customer interactions, and expense reports
  • Problem Solving & Optimization
  • Identify roadblocks and challenges in the consent collection process and be solutions focused to overcome these challenges
  • Develop and execute solutions to improve speed, efficiency, and success rate of HCP consent collection

Requirements

  • Strong communication, selling skills and problem-solving skills
  • Willingness to travel for regional areas and team meetings
  • Proactive, performance-driven, competitive and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment
