As a Sales Representative (m/f/d), you are the driving force behind our growth! In this role, you will maintain and expand existing customer relationships while actively acquiring new customers and unlocking new business opportunities.

Your responsibilities:
  • Customer Care & Acquisition: Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing customers through regular contact and excellent service – while also attracting new customers to our solutions.

  • Cross- & Upselling: Identify additional needs of existing customers and present tailored solutions to maximize revenue potential.

  • New Customer Acquisition: Recognize market opportunities, strategically build new customer relationships, and develop them into long-term business partners.

  • Needs-Based Solutions: Analyze the specific requirements of both existing and new customers and adapt our products and services accordingly.

  • Successful Negotiations: Develop customized offers and lead contract negotiations through to a successful conclusion.

  • Dynamic Product Presentation: Inspire both existing and potential customers at trade fairs, conferences, and industry events with your in-depth product knowledge and persuasive approach.

  • CRM Management: Use our CRM system, HubSpot, for documentation, analysis, and optimization of your sales activities.

  • You have completed a commercial apprenticeship or a degree in economics, healthcare or similar.
  • You have at least 3 years of professional experience in software sales, ideally in supporting social organisations. You are familiar with both acquiring new customers and maintaining existing customers.
  • You work independently in sales, are eager to learn and strive for continuous improvement.
  • Your success and goal-orientation as well as your tenacity are the basis for your ability to close deals.
  • You have excellent communication skills and a positive charisma.
  • You communicate fluently in German and English.
