Persian Horizon seeks a Sales Specialist to handle investor and buyer conversations and convert qualified leads into closed deals in an investment environment. The role suits someone who thrives on direct selling, negotiation, and closing. You will manage inbound and outbound leads, conduct discovery calls, present opportunities, navigate objections, and collaborate with Contracts and Analysts to finalize deals while keeping the CRM and pipeline up to date. Requirements include proven success in sales or business development for high-ticket services, strong communication and negotiation skills, comfort discussing ROI and deal structures, and English fluency with additional languages a plus. Onsite in Dubai with base plus commission and a clear growth path.
