Job Description

About the role

This is a varied and fast-paced role where you’ll work closely with Account Managers and stakeholders to help deliver excellent outcomes for clients and support internal business performance.

You’ll bring together coordination, reporting, analysis and sales support to help the team stay organised, informed and client-focused.

Responsibilities

  • Supporting and strengthening relationships with internal and external stakeholders
  • Working closely with Account Managers to share information effectively across key contacts
  • Preparing client activity and performance reporting, along with data analysis and ad hoc insights
  • Coordinating customised client and market insights reporting
  • Preparing presentations and client proposals
  • Coordinating client marketing and training initiatives, including events, promotions, forums and training
  • Supporting market share reporting, sales collateral management, Salesforce administration and project support

Qualifications

Skills and experience

  • Strong analytical capability and the ability to interpret data to support sales recommendations
  • High attention to detail and strong organisational skills
  • Experience supporting key or high-profile client portfolios in a fast-paced sales environment
  • Confidence participating in client meetings
  • Experience with Salesforce or another CRM system
  • Advanced skills in Word, Excel and PowerPoint
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • A collaborative, adaptable and solutions-focused approach with initiative and ownership
