Job Purpose
The role is responsible for the end-to-end management of sales operations for the MEAI market, ensuring efficient order processing, high customer service levels, and constant alignment with HQ and Supply Chain functions.
Key Responsibilities
- Sales Operations & Order Management
- Collect and manage customer orders for the India market
- Enter and manage orders in SAP
- Manage the monthly order cycle (planning, follow-up, and adjustments)
- Issue proforma invoices and manage billing activities
- Verify order billability in coordination with HQ
- Monitor and manage product availability for the market
Customer Communication
- Act as the main point of contact for customers on operational topics
- Manage daily communication with customers (email, calls, follow-ups)
- Provide support on:
- order status
- deliveries
- invoicing
- operational issues
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely and accurate responses
KPI Monitoring & Reporting
- Continuously monitor customer-related KPIs (e.g. service level, OTIF, backlog, billing)
- Analyze performance and share updates with HQ and internal stakeholders
- Support the preparation of operational and commercial reports
Supply Chain & Cross-functional Activities
- Perform analysis on system stock
- Provide track & trace analysis and logistics insights to MEAI customers
- Collaborate with Producers and Central Planning teams to ensure alignment between orders, stock, and shipments
Required Skills & Competencies
- Experience in Sales Operations, Order Management, or Customer Service
- Strong knowledge of SAP
- Solid analytical skills and familiarity with operational KPIs
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
- Strong communication and cross-functional coordination skills
- Problem-solving mindset with a customer-oriented approach
- At least 4Y of experience in similar roles
