We are looking for a new colleague to join our Sales Team in Berlin on a full-time basis /40 hour a week starting as soon as possible. 
 
The Opportunity:

The Team Lead will oversee a team of Program Advisors responsible for promoting BSBI's programme portfolio to prospective students and supporting them through the entire application journey from initial inquiry to tuition fee payment.
 
This role combines leadership, coaching, and operational oversight with hands-on sales activity. You will play a pivotal role in shaping the team’s success by fostering a high-performance culture, improving processes, and ensuring every prospective student receives outstanding support and guidance.

Your tasks:
  • Lead, coach, and develop a team of Programme Advisors to achieve and exceed sales, conversion, and service quality targets.
  • Manage and monitor team performance through regular one-to-ones, call reviews, and KPI tracking, identifying areas for improvement and implementing action plans.
  • Monitor and support the full sales cycle, from initial inquiry to enrollment, ensuring consistent follow-up and a seamless applicant experience
  • Oversee accurate and timely management of leads, applications, and communications within CRM and other systems.
  • Ensure consistent delivery of high-quality advice on programmes, career pathways, and study options, adapting to different communication styles and needs.
  • Collaborate closely with Marketing, Admissions, Finance, and Academic teams to ensure a smooth and efficient applicant experience.
  • Analyze performance data to identify trends, optimize conversion strategies, and enhance operational processes.
  • Maintain a professional and positive representation of BSBI across all student interactions and external communications.
  • Encourage continuous improvement and innovation within the team by sharing best practices and contributing ideas to streamline workflows.
  • Proven experience in sales, student recruitment, or consultative account management (preferably in education or service-based sectors).
  • Demonstrated success in leading or mentoring a team.
  • Strong understanding of the student recruitment process, from inquiry to enrollment.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
  • Data-driven and results-oriented mindset with experience in performance analysis and reporting.
  • Proficiency with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and MS Office tools.
  • Highly organized, adaptable, and proactive.
  • Fluent English required; additional languages (especially German) are an advantage.
