Nutrien is seeking a Sales Tech Support in Northville, MI, a full-time onsite role blending general office duties with inventory and accounts payable support. You’ll assist seed and chemical orders, prep incoming inventory, process and code vendor invoices in SAP, and help strengthen customer business plans while keeping data confidential. You’ll also answer phones politely, support orientation, and participate in month end tasks with a safety mindset. What You'll Do:
- Perform general office work
- Assist with seed and chemical ordering and inventory management
- Prepare product receivers for incoming inventory
- Process invoices correctly (SAP system, separating, filing, etc.)
- Enter & code vendor invoices into Accounts Payable
- Strengthen customer business plans, profitably and sustainably
- Answer the phone in a polite and courteous manner
- Assist in new employee orientation and paperwork
- Perform month end procedures as designated by Division Office
- Recognize and communicate company finance programs when applicable
- Keep confidential customer information, accurate records, and organized business plans
- Make safety a daily priority
- Other duties as needed
What You'll Bring:
- 2+ years related experience
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Ability to work additional hours to meet business needs
- Proficient use of computer programs to include Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint
