We are looking for a professional Sales Trainer with proven hands-on experience in training tele-sales teams, who has strong practical knowledge in investment services and business acquisition, specifically within the Dubai market.

This is not a theoretical training role. We are seeking someone who has sold, understands the Dubai business environment deeply, and can turn sales teams into revenue-generating units.

Key Responsibilities:

Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in the Dubai market

  • Advanced understanding of tele-sales strategies, negotiation, objection handling, and closing techniques
