Objective Corporation is seeking an experienced Salesforce Administrator in Sydney for a full time onsite role. You’ll start three days a week partnering with an external Salesforce consultancy to clean up and restructure the platform, then take ownership of Salesforce across Sales Cloud and Revenue Cloud and drive governance, user adoption and continuous improvement. The right candidate is curious, commercially minded and able to translate business challenges into practical, scalable solutions, while managing security, automation, data quality, reports, dashboards and integrations and leading UAT and release management. Essential: Australian citizenship, 5+ years of hands on Salesforce Administration, ADM 201, strong Sales Cloud experience; Revenue Cloud CPQ knowledge is highly regarded. To apply, tailor your resume with concrete impact, highlight collaboration with partners and demonstrate problem solving and stakeholder influence, even if you don’t tick every box.

** Only successful candidates that are Australian citizens will be progressed forward.

Are you a Salesforce expert who enjoys challenging the status quo and finding smarter ways to help a business succeed? We're looking for an experienced Salesforce Administrator based in Sydney to take ownership of our Salesforce platform and help drive the next stage of its evolution.

This isn't a role for someone who simply maintains Salesforce. We're looking for someone who is curious, innovative and commercially minded—someone who can identify opportunities, recommend better ways of working, and unlock more value from the platform.

Working three days a week, you'll initially partner with an external Salesforce consultancy on a platform clean-up and restructure before taking full ownership of the environment, driving continuous improvement, governance, user adoption and future enhancements across the business.

If you're someone who enjoys solving complex problems, thinking outside the box, influencing stakeholders and turning ideas into practical solutions, we'd love to hear from you.

A day in the role:

  • Partner with an external Salesforce consulting team to support a major platform optimisation and restructure.
  • Take ownership of Salesforce administration across Sales Cloud and Revenue Cloud once the transition is complete.
  • Continually identify opportunities to improve business processes through smarter use of Salesforce, automation and new platform capabilities.
  • Bring fresh ideas and recommendations to maximise the value of Salesforce across the organisation.
  • Work closely with stakeholders to understand business challenges and translate them into scalable Salesforce solutions.
  • Manage users, security, permissions, workflows, automation, custom objects, reports, dashboards and platform configuration.
  • Maintain high standards of data quality, governance and platform performance.
  • Support Sales Cloud processes including pipeline management, forecasting and opportunity management.
  • Administer Revenue Cloud, including CPQ, product catalogues, pricing, approvals and quote-to-cash processes.
  • Coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT), documentation and release management.
  • Manage integrations and third-party applications.
  • Deliver user training, support and enablement to increase adoption and ensure teams get the most out of the platform.

Your experience, skills and beyond:

    • 5+ years of hands on Salesforce Administration experience.
    • Salesforce Administrator (ADM 201) Certification (essential).
    • Strong experience administering Salesforce Sales Cloud.
    • Essential to have an Australian Citizenship.
    • Experience with Revenue Cloud and/or CPQ (highly regarded).
    • Excellent understanding of Salesforce security, data architecture, automation, reporting and governance.
    • Experience with Data Loader, Workbench and Salesforce administration tools.
    • A creative and analytical mindset with the confidence to think outside the box and challenge existing processes.
    • Proven ability to identify opportunities for improvement and proactively recommend innovative Salesforce solutions.
    • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences and build trusted relationships across all levels of the business.
    • Strong stakeholder management skills and the confidence to collaborate with technical teams, business leaders and end users.
    • A proactive, self-driven approach with the ability to work independently, manage competing priorities and take ownership of outcomes.
    • Excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail and a passion for continuous improvement.
    • Additional Salesforce certifications such as Advanced Administrator, Platform App Builder or Revenue Cloud/CPQ are highly regarded.
If you do not tick every box, do not let that stop you. We value potential, learning agility, coachability and diverse perspectives just as much as experience, and we encourage you to apply.
