Senior Salesforce Consultant

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Salesforce Consultant with over 12 years of expertise in designing, developing, and implementing solutions on the Salesforce platform. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Financial Services Cloud (FSC/FSV), and a strong background in Salesforce development and integration.
Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and implement Salesforce solutions tailored to client needs, focusing on Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Financial Services Cloud.
- Utilize Apex Classes, Triggers, Batch Apex, Queueables, Schedulables, Platform Events, and Lightning Web Components (LWC) for development tasks.
- Integrate Salesforce with enterprise systems using REST/SOAP APIs, Middleware (MuleSoft, Kafka), and Webhooks.
- Create and maintain technical design documents, including PDD, SDD, Integration Design Specs, and Data Mapping Documents.
- Manage Salesforce DevOps processes, including CI/CD, automated testing, and release management.
- Oversee data migration processes, ensuring optimized performance and handling large-volume records.
- Provide technical guidance and solution designs during project phases.
Mandatory Skills:
- 12+ years of experience in Salesforce development and implementation.
- Hands-on expertise in Apex, LWC, and FSC/FSV data models.
- Strong understanding of OOP, design patterns, and Salesforce best practices.
- Experience with Salesforce DevOps tools (Git, Azure DevOps, Copado, Gearset).
- Proficiency in data migration techniques and tools (ETL mappings, Bulk API, Data Loader).
- Deal Breaker Skill: Service Dev Foundation.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience with Flow Orchestration and FSC automation frameworks.
- Knowledge of workflow-based logic and Process Builder to Flow migration.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Salesforce certifications (e.g., Salesforce Architect, Salesforce Developer) are a plus.
