The Digital and Enterprise Technology team are to deliver compelling experiences through digital engagement platforms that support our customer centric digital strategy, driving growth, leading in innovation and continuous improvement. Your Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement Salesforce Data Cloud data models, including DMOs, relationships and calculated insights

  • Configure identity resolution and segmentation to support analytics and downstream activation

  • Design and enforce data access controls within Data Cloud, aligned to role-based and entitlement-aware access models

  • Define and maintain data ownership, lineage and usage standards for Data Cloud datasets and analytics outputs

  • Design and manage reusable, performance-optimised metrics and semantic datasets for analytics

  • Design and ensure dashboards align with Data Cloud models, access controls and governance standards

  • Support executive, operational and regulatory reporting needs

  • Monitor and optimise Data Cloud performance, data volumes and cost drivers

You Experience & Qualifications

Must have

  • Experience with Salesforce analytics platforms including CRM Analytics, Tableau Next, Data360 and working knowledge of Salesforce clouds (Sales, Service, Financial Services)

  • Understanding of Salesforce security and sharing models as they relate to analytics

  • Good communication and stakeholder management skills

  • Strong data modelling fundamentals and understanding of analytics performance considerations

  • Experience designing analytics solution that comply with privacy, consent and regulatory requirements

  • Familiarity with CI/CD principles and release management using Copado or equivalent DevOps tooling.

  • Salesforce Data Cloud Consultant Certification

Nice to have

  • Financial services background and knowledge gained through industry experience.

  • AI experience and skills

  • Experience supporting executive or board-level reporting

  • Experience working with large data volumes and exposure to enterprise data governance frameworks

  • Salesforce Analytics and Einstein Discovery Consultant Certification, Salesforce Platform Developer I Certification
