GoodHabitz is hiring a Salesforce Developer for a full-time onsite role in Eindhoven. You'll build and customize Salesforce using Apex, Lightning Web Components and Flow, design scalable data models, and manage integrations with external systems via REST/SOAP APIs, while delivering clean, tested code and participating in code reviews and deployments. Expect automation of workflows, performance tuning, and close collaboration with RevOps, Sales and other stakeholders in a Scrum environment. Requirements include hands-on Salesforce development (Apex, Visualforce, Lightning), API integrations, and strong analytical problem-solving; Salesforce certifications are a plus. To apply, tailor your resume to measurable Salesforce outcomes, show collaboration and stakeholder communication, highlight curiosity about Salesforce, and send your CV to [email protected].
About this role:
As a Salesforce Developer, you'll write clean code and deliver well-thought-out solutions that support how GoodHabitz operates. You'll use AI-assisted coding tools as part of your everyday workflow, and you'll balance strong individual work with genuine collaboration — supporting teammates and contributing to shared outcomes. Growth in seniority here comes from staying curious about Salesforce, understanding how your work fits the bigger picture, and pushing beyond your current scope.
Role responsibilities:
- Build and customise. Develop Salesforce solutions using Apex, Lightning Web Components and Flow to support and optimise business processes.
- Integrate systems. Design and maintain integrations between Salesforce and external systems via REST/SOAP APIs, keeping data synchronisation reliable and secure.
- Maintain the data model. Design a scalable, well-structured data model that holds up as the business grows.
- Write quality code. Produce clean, well-documented, testable code with strong test coverage, and take part in code reviews and deployment cycles.
- Automate workflows. Design and deploy automation — Flow, validation rules, approval processes — to streamline operations.
- Support the team. Troubleshoot issues, optimise performance, and offer technical guidance to stakeholders and fellow developers. Stay current with new Salesforce releases and recommend adoption where useful.
Requirements
This role is for you if you have:
- Experience in Salesforce development, including Apex, Visualforce and Lightning Components
- Proficiency with automation tools such as Process Builder and Workflow Rules
- Strong understanding of Salesforce data models and best practices
- Experience integrating Salesforce with external systems via APIs
- Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills
- Familiarity with Account Engagement, Marketing Cloud, CPQ or Commerce Cloud is a plus
- Salesforce certifications (e.g. JavaScript Developer I, Platform App Builder) are a plus; Platform Developer II is a bonus
This role is not for you if:
- You'd rather work solo than as part of a Scrum team — delivery here is a shared outcome, not just your own tickets
- You prefer to stay heads-down in code rather than engage directly with stakeholders like RevOps and Sales to shape good outcomes
- You're not comfortable explaining your solutions to a non-technical audience — demoing and communicating clearly is part of the role
- You'd rather work in isolation than review and test teammates' work as part of the process
