This full time onsite role is hands on and revenue driven, responsible for sales targets, service standards, staff productivity and guest experience, with duties including opening and closing, bookings, stock and SOPs. You will manage rosters, KPIs and coaching for a diverse team while maintaining consistent quality. Requirements: 3–5 years as a Salon Manager, proven KPI driven sales results, strong leadership, POS experience, excellent client handling, and weekend flexibility. Role Overview

 Elaris, a premium beauty brand under  Persian Horizon Holding , is hiring an experienced  Salon Manager  to lead day-to-day operations across our luxury salon locations in Dubai.

This role is accountable for  sales performance, service standards, team productivity, and client retention , while delivering a consistently premium guest experience.

This is a  hands-on leadership role , not an admin or front-desk position.

Key Responsibilities

Sales & Revenue

  • Own weekly and monthly revenue targets
  • Drive upselling, cross-selling, retail sales, and rebooking
  • Improve average ticket size and service utilization

Salon Operations

  • Oversee daily opening/closing, bookings, cash handling, and stock control
  • Ensure SOP compliance, hygiene, and luxury presentation standards
  • Forecast inventory needs and control wastage

Team Leadership

  • Manage rosters, KPIs, coaching, and discipline
  • Ensure consistent service quality across all staff
  • Lead multicultural teams with clear performance expectations

Client Experience

  • Maintain VIP service standards
  • Handle complaints and service recovery
  • Build repeat business and client loyalty

Reporting

  • Track and report KPIs including revenue, retail, productivity, rebooking, and no-shows

Requirements

  • 3–5+ years’ experience as a Salon Manager  (luxury beauty / wellness preferred)
  • Proven track record of hitting sales targets through KPIs
  • Strong leadership and people-management skills
  • Experience with salon booking systems / POS
  • Excellent client-handling skills
  • Flexibility to work shifts and weekends
