Sanctuary is seeking a Scheme Manager to join the North West Independent Living Team at Trinity Gardens, Stockport, 30 hours per week, salary £21,132 rising to £21,785 after 12 months. You’ll drive the customer journey on a new South Manchester scheme, promoting resident involvement, delivering safe, high quality housing support, and coordinating the delivery of local services while meeting regulatory standards. The right candidate blends numeracy and literacy with outstanding interpersonal skills, empathy, conflict resolution and a proven ability to foster community and partnerships with residents, contractors and agencies. This is an exciting opportunity for a Scheme Manager to join the North West Independent Living Team as we bring a brand new Scheme onboard.
In this role you will act as the driving force on our customer journey creating a seamless and welcoming experience from first contact to settling into our new vibrant community in South Manchester.
