Mrs Buckét Cleaning Services is hiring a part-time School Cleaner Supervisor to oversee site management in Wales, Monday to Friday 15:30 to 18:00 (12.5 hours weekly). You will supervise cleaning and facilities operations, conduct inspections, ensure health and safety compliance, and coordinate with staff, visitors and contractors, including emergency readiness. The ideal candidate is highly organised, a clear communicator, and able to work independently or with a team, with experience in cleaning or facilities supervision and knowledge of safety standards. We are seeking a dedicated and proactive Site Supervisor to ensure the smooth operation and maintenance of facilities within the utilities sector. As a part-time role, the Site Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing site management, ensuring health and safety regulations are followed, and maintaining a safe and welcoming environment. You will serve as a key point of contact for staff, visitors, and contractors.
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise daily operations and maintenance of facilities, ensuring they are clean, safe, and well-organised. Conduct regular inspections of grounds and facilities, identifying issues and implementing solutions promptly. Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, conducting risk assessments and safety audits as required. Address and resolve facility related concerns from staff and visitors in a timely and professional manner. Collaborate with management to plan and coordinate facility usage for events, meetings, and activities. Maintain inventory of supplies and equipment, placing orders and tracking usage as necessary. Assist in the training and supervision of cleaning and maintenance staff.
Act as a liaison between the organization and external service providers, contractors, and utility providers. Support emergency preparedness and response efforts, responding to incidents and ensuring appropriate protocols are followed.
