We are urgently hiring a
Floating Schoolwide Support Teacher to join our Pembroke preschool and daycare team. This is a dynamic early childhood education role supporting infant, toddler, and preschool classrooms throughout the day.

What You'll Do
- Support infant teacher, toddler teacher, and preschool teacher classrooms
- Step in where needed to maintain ratio and classroom flow
- Provide consistent, high-quality childcare across our daycare program
- Help create warm, structured learning environments
- Build positive relationships with children and families

What You'll Need to Succeed
- EEC Teacher Certification required; dual certified preferred
- A minimum of one year experience in childcare, daycare, or preschool settings
- A passion for early childhood education
- Comfortability working with infants, toddlers, and preschool-age children
- Flexible, calm, and team-oriented mindset
- Ability to work 30-40 hours per week within operating hours of the center (6:30 am - 5:30 pm)
