Production & Operations focuses on designing, managing, and improving production processes and business operations, as well as manufacturing technologies and supply chains. The role involves working with modern systems such as SAP and dashboards, some of which are self-programmed. This is a cross-functional and international environment that offers performance-driven, diverse challenges and exciting projects.
You can look forward to these exciting tasks:
- Disposition and order processing of delivery schedules and individual orders, taking into account inventories, delivery times, delivery cycles, minimum order quantities, and delivery backlogs.
- Ensuring material availability through daily inventory control and adjustment of orders in case of overstock or understock.
- Monitoring and controlling delivery performance, including resolving delivery deviations, bottlenecks, and time-critical material arrivals in close coordination with suppliers and purchasing.
- Handling complaints, quantity discrepancies, and price deviations, as well as supporting escalation and supplier-related issues.
- Collaboration with purchasing, SCM, and operations to secure customer requirements and active participation in cross-departmental projects.
This is what you bring to us:
- Completed commercial or technical training as well as ideally SAP-MM knowledge
- Confident handling of MS Office, especially Excel, as well as good English skills (at least B2)
- Independent, structured, and goal-oriented working style with pronounced organizational talent
- High commitment, reliability, and assertiveness as well as economic thinking
- Teamwork, flexibility, and a driver's license
