The Screening Plant & Crusher Operator is responsible for operating and monitoring portable crushing and screening equipment while also supporting material handling using a loader. This role works as part of a mobile crew, travelling with the portable plant to various job sites across the Elora, Kitchener, and Waterloo areas based on project needs. The operator plays a key role in maintaining consistent production, ensuring equipment runs safely and efficiently, and performing basic maintenance and labour support tasks.
This is a seasonal, physically demanding, outdoor position that requires flexibility to work extended hours, typically 10-to-12-hour shifts during peak periods, in varying weather and site conditions.
