As a Scrum Master, you will play a pivotal role in enabling high-performing Agile teams to deliver value effectively and consistently. You will act as a servant leader and coach, facilitating Scrum events, removing impediments, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement. Working closely with Product Owners, delivery teams, and stakeholders, you’ll help shape Agile ways of working, improve team performance, and influence the broader organisation to adopt pragmatic, outcome-focused delivery practices. An experienced Scrum Master who is a confident communicator that can work with stakeholders across the business at all levels to ensure scrum teams remain productive, while educating on agile/scrum values.
