TPG Telecom is seeking a Search and Affiliates Specialist in Sydney to drive activity across Paid Search and Affiliate channels, partnering with the Digital Media Team to plan, activate and measure media effectiveness and optimise delivery to campaign KPIs. You’ll craft the activation approach, run optimisations and reporting with data driven insights, and build relationships with external partners to support the annual media strategy. The role requires 3+ years in performance media, a strong understanding of campaign metrics, and proficiency with Google Analytics, Google Ads and affiliate platforms, plus robust data analysis and stakeholder management. Your opportunity:

The Search and Affiliates Specialist is responsible for driving activity across Paid Search and Affiliate channels for TPG Telecom’s consumer brands. Working alongside the wider Digital Media Team, the role is key in planning, activating and measuring Search and Affiliates media effectiveness, as well as optimising delivery to campaign KPIs

You'll make impact by:

• Developing the Search and Affiliates activation approach as part of the overall media strategy with the wider team across both brand and acquisition.
• Working with the Digital Media Manager on managing optimisations and reporting paired with data driven insights.
• Building and maintaining relationships with external partners and agencies to support and drive our TPG Telecom annual media strategy and planning.

What you’ll bring:

• 3+ years’ experience working in performance media and who has a passion for taking on the challenging acquisition campaign in search and affiliates.
• A sound understanding of campaign optimisation, performance metrics and campaign measurement.
• Proficiency with Google Analytics, Google Ads tools and Affiliate platforms.
• Ability to with large data sets and conducting data-driven insights and tracking for campaign performance and providing feedback to key internal stakeholders
• Must have strong attention to detail, excellent problem-solving skills, work well in collaborative settings; having an ability to prioritise and meet deadlines when working on multiple projects.
• Strong stakeholder management to work with many key partners both internally and externally.
