Tesco Kingsbridge Superstore in Devon is hiring a Seasonal Colleague for evening and weekend shifts with a guaranteed 16 hours a week, covering stocking, checkout, online order picking and occasional delivery support within a friendly, inclusive team. You’ll provide friendly service, build rapport with customers and work across store routines, with hours scheduled within the listed availability windows and at least three weeks’ notice for shifts. Pay starts at £13.28 per hour, rising to £14.55 in M25 stores, plus a night premium of £2.35 for midnight to 6am hours, and a strong benefits package including holidays, pension, discounts and wellbeing support. Tesco Colleague pay starts at £13.28 per hour, rising to £14.55 in stores within the M25. For all hours worked between midnight and 6am you will receive an additional night premium of £2.35 per hour worked. Some locations may offer additional payments. We guarantee a minimum of 16 hours per week, though roles from 12 hours are also available.
Your contracted hours will be scheduled within the availability windows shown, with at least 3 weeks’ notice of your shifts. If your availability is close to what we’re looking for, we still encourage you to apply.
