You’ll rely on collaboration with your team and clear communication to adapt to changes in the day. Each shift requires energy and intentional service, and you’ll be expected to stand and stay physically active while assisting customers across the store, including lifting items up to 40 pounds as needed.

Advice for applicants
Lead with your seasonal fit by placing a line on your resume that clearly identifies you as a Seasonal Team Member for SKIMS at the Houston Galleria, covering the period 10/5/26–1/23/27 and noting the blackout windows 11/22/26–11/30/26 and 12/18/26–1/3/27. Highlight weekend availability and any past experience aligning with the holiday schedule.
When you talk about the must-have skills, back them up with concrete examples from prior retail, sales, or service roles. Describe how you helped customers, learned product details such as stories, sizing, and fit, and supported POS/MPOS transactions while keeping the store running smoothly during busy times.
Expect questions about how you handle feedback and coaching, how you stay adaptable as plans change, and how you maintain an elevated customer experience under pressure. Prepare concise stories that show you can learn quickly and contribute to a team culture focused on excellence.
Ask a smart question at the end about the seasonal-to-core pathway and what success looks like during the holiday period. For example, you could inquire how the post-holiday pathway to the core team is evaluated and what milestones shift you toward longer-term opportunities.
