Job Summary

Performs administrative & accounting duties as they relate to active construction projects and customer service for aggregate retail office.  Focus will be on completing tasks independently on time and providing positive customer service.  This position will wear several hats and support a variety of personnel and project staff as necessary. 

 

Position is 40+/hrs per week during the summer, with reduced hours in the winter.

Skills

  • High School Diploma & must be at least 18 years of age due to nature of working environment.
  • MUST HAVE valid drivers license
  • Organized, with good attendance and a positive attitude.
  • Communicate well both written and verbally as well as work and solve problems independently.
  • High level of understanding of computer programs, including but not limited to Microsoft programs (Excel, Outlook, Word). 
  • 2 years office experience and/or college education preferred.
  • Comply and abide by Colaska Inc.’s Code of Ethics at all times during employment with the Company.

Physical Requirements:

  • Must be able to pass drug screening at time of hire and random testing throughout employment.  

COMPENSATION

  • Compensation range of (DOE) $25+ hourly, plus discretionary annual bonus.
  • Overtime eligible.
