Microsoft is seeking a Security Solution Specialist in Schiphol, Netherlands, to partner with enterprise customers and senior business, security and technology leaders, solving complex challenges and accelerating AI adoption. As a Security Solution Specialist at Microsoft, you will work with some of the largest enterprise customers in the Netherlands, partnering with senior business, security and technology leaders to solve complex challenges and drive digital transformation.
You will help customers reduce risk, strengthen cyber resilience, modernise security operations and unlock business value through Microsoft's security platform. This role combines executive engagement, strategic sales and deep security expertise across cloud security, security operations and AI-powered security.

• Build trusted relationships with CISOs, CIOs, CTOs, security leaders and other executive stakeholders across enterprise customers.
• Lead strategic conversations around cybersecurity, security operations, cloud security, AI adoption and risk management.
• Develop and execute security growth strategies across a portfolio of large enterprise customers in the Netherlands.
• Identify, develop and close complex security opportunities by bringing together account teams, technical specialists, partners and customer stakeholders.
• Help customers modernise Security Operations Centre (SOC) capabilities, strengthen threat protection and improve incident response readiness.
• Guide customers on securing AI adoption and using AI to enhance security operations and cyber defence.
• Maintain strong knowledge of cybersecurity trends, competitor solutions and emerging security challenges to bring valuable insights to customers.

• Proven experience selling enterprise cybersecurity, cloud security or security operations solutions to large organisations.
• Strong understanding of Security Operations Centres (SOC), SIEM platforms, threat detection, incident response and modern security operations.
• Experience engaging with senior security and technology decision-makers and influencing strategic customer outcomes.
• Knowledge of cloud security, identity and access management, threat protection and broader cybersecurity solutions.
• Ability to discuss both securing AI systems and using AI to improve security operations and business outcomes.
• Track record of leading complex enterprise sales opportunities and delivering business growth in a customer-facing role.

Solution Area Specialists IC5 - The typical base pay range for this role across Netherlands is € 95,700.00 - € 162,300.00 per year. Certain roles may be eligible for benefits and other compensation.
