The Role

We’re hiring an Austin, TX based Senior Account Executive to sell a blended portfolio of Microsoft Services to State & Local Government (SLG) and Enterprise customers. This blended/hybrid sales role designed for a seller who is comfortable navigating both regulated public sector environments and complex enterprise sales motions, and who enjoys shaping solutions rather than simply transacting deals.

You’ll help drive growth across a mixed territory, partnering closely with Microsoft field teams, Quisitive delivery leaders, and senior customer stakeholders. This is a high‑impact role for someone who wants ownership, visibility, and influence.

What You’ll Do

Lead the full sales lifecycle across SLG and Enterprise customers

• Build and execute strategic account and territory plans
• Drive new logo acquisition and expand existing relationships
• Engage executives as a trusted advisor
• Co‑sell with Microsoft field sellers
• Guide RFP responses, pricing, and proposals
• Manage pipeline, forecasting, and deal execution with accountability

Who We’re Looking For

A senior Microsoft Services sales candidate with 5–10+ years selling technology solutions into SLG and/or Enterprise customers

Demonstrated experience carrying and consistently selling against an annual quota of $8M+
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding quota
• Strong understanding of complex buying cycles
• Confident communicator with senior stakeholders
• Growth‑minded with an owner mentality

What Will Set You Apart

Experience with a Microsoft Systems Integrator


• Existing Microsoft field relationships
