The role | Te tūnga

The Senior Advisor Information Management provides specialist advice and services to DIA staff on all aspects of information management. They maintain and develop DIA’s enterprise content management system (Hukatai) and manage digital and non-digital information over its lifecycle. They lead activities to ensure information is recognised and treated as a valued DIA business asset. They engage with teams to promote and support the uplift of information management capability.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Engaging with teams to promote and support the uplift of information management capability. 
  • Proactively engaging with teams to identify opportunities to improve their information management practices, trouble-shoot problems, and realise benefits.
  • Providing specialist advice and services to DIA staff on all aspects of information and data management.
  • Maintaining and developing DIA’s enterprise content management system (Hukatai) and managing digital information over its lifecycle.
  • Providing excellent customer service skills including good communication, negotiation and relationship management skills.

The appointing range for this role $94,499 - $117,598 and will be based on level of experience.
