The Senior Analyst Remuneration & Compliance Reporting plays a key role in delivering and enhancing reward, remuneration and incentive programs across the business, while ensuring compliance with external reporting requirements, including submissions to government bodies such as the Workplace Gender Equality Agency (WGEA). Working across the Qantas Group, this position is responsible for the analysis, coordination and reporting of remuneration and people-related data, providing insights that support strategic decision-making. The role also contributes to the development and implementation of HR and remuneration reporting frameworks, undertaking research, analysis and evaluation, and leading initiatives that support People & Culture priorities and broader Qantas Group strategic objectives.
