Transat AT is seeking a Senior Analyst Revenue Management in Montréal, full-time and onsite, to partner with the Director, Inventory Optimization and drive revenue across a route portfolio by applying data analysis, market intelligence and the next generation revenue management system. You'll influence decisions to improve KPIs such as RASM, load factor and yield by analyzing booking trends, demand forecasts and the competitive landscape, calibrating RMS inputs and outputs, and collaborating closely with RMS, pricing teams and stakeholders. The ideal candidate holds a bachelor’s degree in a quantitative field, five plus years in airline revenue management, advanced RMS knowledge (PROS), Power BI proficiency, and fluent French and English. In collaboration with the Director, Inventory Optimization, the person in this role plays a key role in revenue optimization across a portfolio of routes. They leverage data analysis, market intelligence, and technological tools to guide strategic decisions and support the development of a next-generation revenue management system.
This role directly contributes to achieving key performance indicators, including Revenue per Available Seat Mile (RASM), load factor, and yield.
Responsibilities:
Bachelor’s degree in mathematics, statistics, economics, business, or a related field
Minimum of 5 years of experience in airline revenue management
Strong analytical and critical thinking skills, with attention to detail and a results-oriented mindset
Excellent interpersonal and teamwork skills, with a collaborative approach
Adaptability in a fast-paced and evolving environment
Innovative mindset, with curiosity, proactivity, and strong initiative
Advanced knowledge of revenue management systems (RMS) (e.g., PROS)
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and business intelligence tools (e.g., Power BI)
Oral and written fluency in French and English*
A good knowledge of French is required for positions in Quebec. The incumbent will be required to communicate and collaborate frequently in English, both orally and in writing, with colleagues, customers, and other stakeholders in Quebec, the rest of Canada, and internationally.
