Job Description

 We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Architect to join our team, focusing on the post-concept design stages of high-rise residential and hospitality projects. The ideal candidate will possess a comprehensive understanding of architectural design principles, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to translate visionary concepts into detailed plans and specifications. This role requires a strategic thinker who can manage complex projects and collaborate effectively with diverse teams to deliver exceptional architectural outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

- Design Development: Lead the development of detailed design solutions for high-rise residential and hospitality projects, ensuring they meet both aesthetic and functional requirements. This includes refining initial concepts and integrating technical, environmental, and regulatory considerations.

- Construction Documentation: Oversee the preparation of comprehensive construction documents, including detailed drawings, schedules, and specifications. Ensure accuracy, clarity, and compliance with industry standards and client expectations.

- Project Coordination: Collaborate with internal teams and external consultants, such as structural, mechanical, and electrical engineers, to ensure design integrity and seamless integration of all project components.

- Client Engagement: Act as the primary point of contact for clients during the post-concept design stages. Present design solutions, address queries, and incorporate client feedback to ensure satisfaction and alignment with project goals.

- Regulatory Compliance: Liaise with local authorities and regulatory bodies to ensure all designs comply with applicable building codes, zoning laws, and other relevant regulations.

- Mentorship and Leadership: Provide guidance and support to junior architects and design staff, fostering a collaborative and innovative working environment.

- Resource Management: Efficiently manage project resources, including time, budget, and personnel, to ensure timely and cost-effective project delivery.

- Quality Assurance: Implement rigorous quality control processes to ensure all design outputs meet the highest standards of excellence and precision.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture.
  • Licensed Architect with a minimum of 10 years of experience in architectural design and project management, specifically in high-rise residential and hospitality sectors.
  • Proficiency in architectural design software such as AutoCAD, Revit, and BIM, with a strong ability to produce detailed and accurate drawings.
  • In-depth knowledge of building codes, regulations, and construction processes relevant to high-rise and hospitality projects. Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to convey complex ideas clearly and persuasively.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
