Spencer Gifts Spirit Halloween is looking for a Senior Assistant Store Manager in Grande Prairie to help lead guest services and support the Store Manager in driving sales, controlling expenses and shrinkage, and managing merchandising and inventory in line with company policies. This full‑time onsite role covers up to 38 hours per week with a pay rate from 19.00 to 19.25 per hour and a broad benefits package that includes paid time off, medical dental and vision, a merchandise discount, and more. The ideal candidate has prior retail or management experience, can stand and move for long periods and lift up to 50 pounds, and is 18 or older. Hourly rate ranges from $19.00- $19.25 per hour and is dependent upon qualifications and experience.

The Assistant Store Manager is responsible for establishing and maintaining Guest Services. The Assistant Manager is responsible for supporting the Store Manager in the various tasks involved in the overall operation of a store, ensuring maximum sales and profitability by developing staff, controlling expenses and shrinkage as well as all aspects of merchandising and inventory control in adherence with all Company policies and procedures.

This position will work up to 38 hours per week. The minimum age requirement for an Assistant Store Manager is 18. The physical demands of the job require in excess of 8 hours of standing, walking, climbing ladders and lifting up to 50 pounds. Prior retail and or management experience is required.
