You’ll mentor design teams, lead the design narrative and champion sustainable, inclusive and innovative approaches while balancing creative thinking with commercial outcomes. Bring 10 plus years in architecture, a Master Degree, and a proven ability to translate ideas into outcomes, communicate with clients and guide projects within budget. You're an experienced and confident design professional with over 10 years in architecture someone who can contribute to the design culture at Hassell. Motivating and mentoring the next generation of designers, you will steward Hassell’s client focussed collaborative design processes to achieve design excellence to provide leadership, direction and knowledge input for the design and delivery of projects and developing the capability of the team.
