Responsibilities (will vary across projects and will include but not limited to):
- Conduct comprehensive risk assessments and analyses for clients in the above-mentioned industry.
- Develop and implement risk management strategies tailored to meet the specific needs of clients.
- Provide advisory services on regulatory compliance, governance, and internal controls within the above-mentioned sector.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions and insights to clients.
- Conduct market research to stay abreast of industry trends and best practices in risk management.
- Assist in the preparation of client presentations and reports, communicating complex risk concepts in a clear and concise manner.
- Engage with clients to understand their business objectives and tailor consulting services to address their unique challenges. Able to conduct internal audit and ISO based audits covering different technical areas.
- Be able to demonstrate ability to manage multiple projects, strong leadership, analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Be comfortable working with databases and all applications of Microsoft suite.
- Willing to travel on client engagements and work flexible hours.
- Ability to work on proposals and support leadership for business development
Education and Qualifications:
- Education Background: Engineer + master’s with relevant certifications – preferably Electrical / Chemical/Mechanical/ Petroleum Engineer.
- Minimum 4+ years of experience in Consulting, preferably Big 4 with good understanding of above-mentioned industry.
- Great presentation and data analytics skills (MS PowerPoint, Word, Excel)
- Good understanding of Technical areas such as Operations, Maintenance, HSE, Asset management, Risk Management, Policies, Procedures, Strategy, Market Research, ISO Standards etc.
