Walkers is hiring a Senior Associate in Corporate for its Bermuda office in Hamilton, full time on site. You will handle a broad corporate practice including M&A, continuations and discontinuations, equity offerings, shareholders’ agreements, joint ventures and governance, while managing files end to end as the main client contact and building relationships through the firm’s global network. The ideal candidate is Bermuda or Commonwealth qualified with at least five years post‑qualification experience, a proven transactional background, and a track record of training juniors, project managing matters and driving revenue with disciplined billing.
