Senior BESS Superintendent, EPC
The Superintendent’s primary responsibility is to lead and oversee project teams in the field, including in-house installers, subcontractors, and vendors, ensuring optimal performance and alignment with project goals. This role supports the deployment and installation of Redwood Material’s energy products such as BESS, associated infrastructure, and solar. To effectively manage operations, the Superintendent must be present onsite daily during active work periods. This hands-on presence enables direct oversight of day-to-day team activities, timely identification of issues, and comprehensive awareness of all onsite developments. In addition, the Manager is accountable for upholding rigorous quality standards and enforcing safe work practices across all project phases. While these oversight functions are essential, the role prioritizes proactive team management and performance optimization.
