About this Position
As Senior Brand Manager for Authentic Beauty Concept & STMNT in Benelux, you are the driving force behind the strategic development and execution of two of our most premium and fast-growing professional brands. You own the full brand agenda across Belgium, the Netherlands, and Luxembourg, translating global strategies into impactful local activation and sustainable business growth.
You combine strategic brand leadership, commercial acumen, and creative excellence to strengthen brand equity, accelerate salon success, and deliver profitable growth.
What you´ll do
Brand strategy & execution:
- Define and lead the Benelux brand strategy for Authentic Beauty Concept and STMNT, in line with global frameworks
- Translate strategy into best-in-class go-to-market plans, including launches, campaigns, and 360° activations
- Develop impactful trade marketing plans, including promotions, education concepts, and brand experiences
- Ensure consistent and premium brand positioning across all touchpoints (salon, digital, PR, events)
Business ownership & performance management
- Hold full responsibility for turnover, profitability, and market share growth of your brands
- Manage and optimize marketing budgets, ensuring strong ROI and efficient resource allocation
- Lead forecasting and demand planning for innovations and core portfolio
- Continuously track performance and translate insights into actionable growth initiatives
Leadership & team development
- Lead, coach, and develop a team of marketers, fostering growth and performance excellence
- Create a high-performing, collaborative culture with strong ownership and accountability
- Guide cross-functional teams across projects and initiatives
Commercial partnership
- Act as a strategic partner to Sales, working closely with Field Sales Managers and Key Account Managers
- Co-create initiatives to drive salon success and client engagement
- Lead cross-functional planning and monthly business reviews
Consumer & digital excellence
- Drive digital-first brand growth, leveraging social media, influencers, and content strategies
- Ensure strong PR, advocacy, and community building aligned with brand DNA
- Stay ahead of trends in premium/lifestyle brands, sustainability, and professional beauty
What makes you a good fit
- Master’s degree in Marketing, Business, or Economics
- 5–8+ years of experience in brand management, preferably in premium or lifestyle brands and/or professional beauty
- Proven track record in brand building and commercial delivery (P&L ownership is a strong plus)
- Demonstrated leadership experience, with the ability to inspire and develop teams
- Strong entrepreneurial mindset with a hands-on, can-do attitude
- Ability to translate data and insights into clear strategies and actions
- Excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills across multiple levels
- Strong presentation and communication skills
- Digitally savvy with deep understanding of social media, content, and omnichannel marketing
- Fluent in Dutch, French, and English
